Kayaking and canoeing is the perfect way to enjoy the splendid beauty of the Swan Bay Marine National Park.

Members may make use of club facilities and equipment at anytime.

Please note that unsupervised paddling is undertaken at your own risk.

Please ensure you are aware of local conditions and that you have safety plans in place.

The QLYC in conjunction with the Swan Bay Paddlers offer supported beginner sessions for canoeing and kayaking in a social setting.

These activities are ideal for families and beginners.

Members can also store their canoes or kayaks (for a small fee) within the QLYC boat house.

Swan Bay Paddlers

Swan Bay Paddlers is a social paddling group associated with the QLYC that focuses on beginner paddlers and social activities.

Usually held at 4.30pm on selected Thursdays and Fridays at the QLYC Clubhouse.

You can paddle your own kayak or canoe and club-owned kayaks are available to members.
