Queenscliff Lonsdale Yacht Club (QLYC) welcomes you to our sailing and boating activities in wonderful Queenscliff, Victoria, Australia.

QLYC promotes sailing and paddling in a welcoming, sociable and sustainable manner.

We offer keel boat and couta boat racing on Port Phillip Bay, dinghy sailing, RC65 sailing, paddling kayaks, canoes and Stand Up Paddleboards on Swan Bay and social events at our clubhouse, overlooking beautiful Swan Bay.

QLYC is an inclusive club and invites you to enjoy our sporting and social activities in an atmosphere of 'Friendly, Family Fun'.

Saturday 1st March saw 30 division 1 & 2 couta boats from Sorrento Sail & Couta Boat Club sailing their State Championships off Queenscliff in good winds. Eight QLYC boats sailed in a separate race on the division 2 course for the Cec Anderson 3 series. This race, showcasing the diversity of our fleet, was won on handicap by trailer sailer Lydian, with couta boat Defiance second and and Keelboat Imagine third.
