Coast Guard Queenscliff will be running a combined MARC043 - Transmit and receive information by marine radio and MARC044 - Transmit and receive information by marine VHF radio and MARC059 Transmit and receive information by marine VHF radio within Australian Territorial Waters.
Participants can choose to be assessed on either Unit of Competency.
The course duration is two part days including the assessment.
The course is scheduled for Saturday 17/05/2025 at 08:30 at Coast Guard Queenscliff HQ adjacent to the Queenscliff boat ramp.
A week break to study and complete practice assessments.
The Course is scheduled to conclude on Saturday 31/05/2025 with revision and assessment.
Successful participants will receive a Statement of Attainment from the Coast Guard Registered Training Organisation.
Successful participants will be able to obtain an LROCP Certificate from Australian Maritime College (University of Tasmania) by submitting their certified MARC043 certificate and paying an additional fee.
Successful participants will be able to obtain an SROCP Certificate from Australian Maritime College (University of Tasmania) by submitting their certified MARC044 certificate and paying an additional fee.
