You are invited to join in a great family day at the Queenscliff Cruising Yacht Club (QCYC) clubhouse.

The day will culminate with the running of the QCYC CRAYFISH DERBY, which features the Flag Officers from QCYC and QLYC competing in a race in QLYC Sparrows for the Crayfish Derby Trophy.

Prior to the Crayfish Derby the following activities will be provided for your enjoyment and entertainment:

11:00 - The games begin
- Egg and spoon races
-  Tug of war
- Speed knot tying
- Line toss
- Noodle hoop

12:30 - BBQ Lunch available @ $5/Adult and $2/child
13:00 - Coast Gaurd demonstration
14:00 - Committee boat race - Swan Vs Cygnet
15:00 - The "Crayfish Derby" Flag Officers race in Sparrows
17:00 - Raffle Draw and Trohpy Presentation

1st - $500 Whites Seafood Voucher
2nd - $250 Whites Seafood Voucher
3rd - $250 Whites Seafood Voucher

Only 100 tickets at $10 per ticket.

NOTE: 50 tickets will available for purchase at the QLYC Bar from Friday, 16 December 2022.

QLYC paddlers are invited to form an informal group from 10 am at the club house paddle to QCYC have lunch and return in the afternoon.

IMPORTANT:
If you intend to take your car to QCYC on the day, you will need to provide your car number plate details and the names of the people tavelling in your car when you register for this event.
This information will be provived to the Security Gate at the bridge to facilitate your passage to QCYC.
